I will admit it, I have feared getting on that scale since taking 2 weeks off from work/working/out/eating healthy. That scale in the bathroom had a mean look on it and was starting to collect dust. Finally I decided it was time. The good news, I did not gain any weight. The bad...I did not lose any weight.
I'm not upset at all because I ate HORRIBLE over these past 3 weeks, and only worked out a handful of times (literally). Now that I am back to my routine, I have been eating better, working out and getting back to what I should be doing.
I left the gym sore today, which is great, but I know I could have done better. I'm telling you, I'm about to attack this weight loss like a spider monkey.
