Still on track

I walked for 30 minutes tonight with my sister, we have been increasing more each night. I just tracked my food and exercise so I'm still highly motivated!! Not feeling deprived or hungry, at looking at my food for the day, I need to eat more fruits and veggies. Made some detox water for tomorrow, lemons, cucumbers and mint, its called sassy water.
