My energy level is really no different. My sinuses are bothering me, but that is most likely because eating foods in the ragweed family, like bananas and melons, trigger my allergies. To answer a few questions I have been asked: No, I do not miss chewing, yet anyway, but I have always been a heavy drinker, usually a gallon a day. My bowels have not been any different at all, I had a little over 18 inches of my colon surgically removed, and am therefore quite used to a high fiber high liquid diet as I have to eat one for life. The only nutrients I appear to be low on are protein and fats, which for a 5 day fast, my doctors will allow. If I should continue, I will probably add some type of protein powder, yogurt, or skim milk to my juice.
