Well today is Day 2. I feel good. I didnt sleep very well last night. I had no work today and in my cold town with nothing much to do I stayed home most of the day. So today I eat Corn Pops cereal a couple hand fulls, and apple, a ham sandwich with mayo and just ham on white bread, then two scrambled eggs for dinner. I've only drank one water bottle full of water today so not to my 8 cups. Also I worked out on the Wii Fit for 1 hour and 29 minutes all together. It say I burned 280 calories. I'm thinking I'll help use it as my motivation and helper along with this site.
