So to start, I didn't want to do this workout today. I was kinda sore yesterday and real sore today. I sure as heck didn't want to do another 40 burpees, not to mention all the rest of the routine. But I trudged through it, and oddly enough it was SLIGHTLY easier... once my sore muscles got broken in.
Did the same thing as Monday, half the number of reps (except burpees) for two rounds. I actually think I did it in slightly less time with a few less rest stops. I plan on doing three rounds on Friday.
Lets hope I don't die. : )
