Week 1, Round 2

So to start, I didn't want to do this workout today. I was kinda sore yesterday and real sore today. I sure as heck didn't want to do another 40 burpees, not to mention all the rest of the routine. But I trudged through it, and oddly enough it was SLIGHTLY easier... once my sore muscles got broken in.
Did the same thing as Monday, half the number of reps (except burpees) for two rounds. I actually think I did it in slightly less time with a few less rest stops. I plan on doing three rounds on Friday.
Lets hope I don't die. : )

    Once the muscles are all nice and warm and time is nearly running out, it's surprisingly so fast we can complete the workouts LOL Which is why I love AMRAP or set a time to complete, it's so much challenging and fun to race against time!

I feel when you don't want to do something but go ahead and work through it, that's when big breakthroughs are made!

Gotta love burpees!!
