Oh, it's such a relief!
Back to eating even a little bit better has already made a huge difference! I can definitely testify to eating properly especially before working out. Sunday I ate horrible all morning and when it came time to go for my run I struggled....a LOT. Today, and this might sound weird, but I forgot to eat breakfast. Made it all the way to the gym when I realized it, I worked out anyway but I couldn't focus on anything except my stomach growling. Not good!
Been trying some new meals and have some wonderful meals planned for the rest of the week. I am so excited to be back and connected with you all again.
