Since November, I have a few pounds back, slipped into bad habits because they are easy. And being that I am human, I like easy. I sit here coming up with all the excuses why I don't want to work out, and the other half of me is trying to talk me into get up and get moving. Yes I am tired, but working out will make me feel better. I want a blanket and a nap, but too late to nap.
Time to move, before I fall asleep

Working out is a great remedy to napping! I fight the 2pm groggy, and if I just get up and move, it works wonders!!! Have a great one!

Good morning to you! well it's morning here in bean town and the temperature is 41degrees. not so bad. I want to thank you susan for the gift, now I really have to get down on the floor and work the lower body. lol you've been an inspiration to me. and have given me food for thought. ( the gift of the mat) as an example. you can do this I know you can and you won't feel as tired after your workout. God Bless. emoticon emoticon

If it were easy to avoid the bad habits, none of us would be here. But you recognize it, you can beat it.
