It has been too long since my last blog...like 3 weeks! And I havent been tracking all my exercise either. I am keeping track in my mind, but not on here, which sucks cause then I wont get a minutes trophy lol. But that is ok. I am able to get it going again and I will. Starting now. :)
So here is my schedule for the rest of the week for exercise.
Thursday: Gym with Athen 1 hour
Friday: No gym. Church night for Erica.
Saturday: Gym either alone or with Athen 1 hour
Sunday: Not sure.
