i need to learn a lesson that just doing what i am doin is not enough anymore. I to be down a lot more everyweek than this quarter every week. i know down is down but in order to met my goal that is just not good enough anymore. So i need to figure out how to get moving and get dropping more.
Maybe going 85-15... 85 healthy eating and 15 snacks and treats or cheats. and i must add more running and more moving. i detest winter walking though but the treadmill at the gym is always an option. i should go to the gym a few minutes before class and walk.
The gym is going to be offering a R30(30 min Ride) class at the end of the month. I shall try it too. what the heck gotta get moving somehow.
Always open to any suggestions that anyone my have as to ways to get moving and different exercises to try.
Heres what i am doing right now. 3 days a week at the gym...they consist of 2 Power(weight) classes a week, 1 Groove(cardio) class a week, 2 Centergy(yoga/pilates) classes, and 1 Active (cardio, weight and stretch) class. Plus i do 20 minutes of exercise at home everyday and a 5 minute of running( all i can do at the moment).
i have a tight schedule after 5(i work til then) is when i am at the gym and exercise. So ideas and how to incoporate into my day my help.
