When It Is Cold - Visualize the Beach!

Well - here is a follow up of my recap from our last trip to Cuba... and pictures are my visualization anchors to fight the cold!
The girls had fun in the water! (Actually looking at smiling pictures helped me focus on the good time we had together - especially when they are in a grumpy mood ... emotions are contagious so switching the focus on the positive stuff really works!)
I love going for walks on the beach with DH...
or try to find balance - much easier on flat ground!!!
Gotta take funny pics ... Good job Emma you caught a crab / oh noooo...
BTW - I still have a hard time getting in my mind that my youngest is taller than me... even if she keeps telling me and pointing it out tom me each time we look at pictures!
Finally - I like have pictures of both of them together - smiling - even more now that they do not live under the same roof!

Some of my Resolutions for 2013 -
I gave some thoughts to my goals ... and to start off on the right path I found a yoga studio close to my house (we moved last summer so it took me some time to get to know what is around and ... before committing to it I wanted to see how the schedule with work & my daughter's school and other activities would be like... ) I know, it took me a few months but I am happy with to make it a resolution!!! Knowing that yoga is something I have been practicing on a regular basis since 2003, it is a healthy resolution that I know I will stick to... I truly missed it for the 6 months I did not do it... I feels really good to be back in the warm zone (I do hot yoga so right now it feels like a mini break at the beach!)
I sign up for a yoga challenge - more as a morale booster, positive energy and peace of mind : 21 classes in 29 days... it does not matter too much if I don;t make - I am still getting all the benefit from going!!!
Sit tall - breathe deep - smile from the inside out... visualize HAPPINESS!
