Well my routine is coming together. Exercise 5-6 times a week, 1-2 days of rest, strength training on monday and thursday. My trainer tried to murder me on monday. my legs still hurt, and not in a good way, but i will be seeing him at 11:30 on tomorrow. for another good beat down. Anyway, anyone got any suggestions on stopping sugar cravings. that is my true weakness and it is soooo strong. I need help.
