For work I have to travel a bit. Not a lot, maybe spend the night some where every other week or so. Used to be a lot more, but have since cut back. This week will be my first test since start Sparks and my "I love my life" goals.
What I used to do when I travel: B-fast at fast food drive through while driving, skip lunch cause I am working by then, then a great dinner because I am starving. Wings, blue cheese, tort chips and WINE! Then snacks at the hotel. The next day is just as bad.
My goal with this trip: Pack a breakfast shake, pack some low cal snacks like Fit and Active fruit strips, some micro popcorn while I work and a healthy dinner. Then NOT bring snacks to the hotel. That is my goal. Oh yes, and did I mention I could use the tread mill...
I have to pass this test! I must keep doing well, and not let my trips become my "out" while trying to loose the weight.
