WEEK 4 - 01/03 to 01/09
Oh, the weather outside is frightful, but our inside workouts are so delightful!
Do 3 of your favorite DVD workouts this week or just do your favorite one 3 times. These can be Spark Videos as well. We know this is the busiest time of the year so click on a 5 or 10 minute video just to keep you moving..... they may be cardio or strength. If you need help find a Spark video..here is a link:
