Not much done yeszterday, except I charted food.
Today I did my exercise workout as planned,
charted food, and went thgru my other goals
with all my teams.
Monday, I registeresd a 5.25 lb weight loss.
Last time we weighed in was in Dec. Was
loser of the week. Also we weigh-in at
night so I had eaten 2 meals as well.
Feeling strong and still motivated.
