Day eight has been great so far! I trained on the elliptical for 65 minutes and burned over 500 calories! Whoo hoo! I ate a lot more fresh fruits and veggies and less carbs. I gotta keep staying on this track to reach my goal. I bought a new scale and hope that it gives me more consistent and accurate readings. My last one was varying by over 5 lbs. from one minute to the next. Frustrating! I will post my findings tonight. I am hoping for at least a loss of 2-3 lbs. this week, more would be great, but I'm being realistic for a change. I'v had a nike fuel band since August and used it quite often this summer, but it kind of got forgotten about when Fall ended and I was walking less. Sad thing is it reminded me to put in my current info, height, weight, etc. I noticed I gained over 10 lbs since Auugust when I last weighed myself. Ugh, I was unhappy then about how fit into clothes, just reminded me that I am that much more unhappy about it now. It will take me a few weeks to get back to that weight. It was also a good slap to the face and motivator to say look, if you don't do something now it is only going to be that much harder and that much more weight. So lets hope this fuel band gives me that extra push that I can always use.
