I made a lettuce wrap with ground turkey. It was delicious, filling, and right around 200 calories! For dinner! And I feel satisfied! And I have calories leftover for a snack later! Amazing!
Here it is:
Recipe created by me-
99% lean ground turkey
1 tbs of olive oil
1/2 cup of frozen corn
1/2 cup of peas
southwest seasoning/garlic salt
I cooked all of that together. Then, I took romaine hearts, doubled them up, and put some pico de gallo in them.
It was so good! But messy, be careful! Let me know if you try it.
