I'm planning on doing this just for January. I want to go back and read about myself for the month.
My word for today...peaceful.
My day at work was busy, lots of meetings, so the day went fast.
My day at home is...well...different. A large city water main broke this morning, so the entire city is on alert. We have to boil water before using it from the faucet. We have plenty of bottled water though, so we should be fine. It's all supposed to be fixed by tomorrow.
My meals today, very healthy since I didn't have much time at work, no snacking. Banana & yogurt for breakfast, a salad for lunch and 48 ounces of water for the day so far. Dinner will be Subway tonight.
My fitness today, no walkstation at work, so hopefully I'll find time tonight to get in some SP videos.
I'm feeling pretty tired tonight. I think mental stress (from work) is harder on me than physical activities. I feel like putting on my jammies now and crawling into bed, but that won't happen. The kids have homework they need help with and my son is on his way home from weight-lifting/conditioning and "he's starving". He wants Subway.
So off I go to get dinner. Although it's been a busy day, I feel very peaceful tonight.
