well, I blew the weekend but kind of planned on that with it being my birthday and all. today I went out with a friend for lunch and did good. also did good at supper too. I had about 1400 calories today but also rode the bike for an hour so I figure that's still good. thinking I may need a snack later so may even do another 30 minutes on the bike to make sure the lbs continue to come off. i guess that just depends on when Carl manages to get home. if he takes too long, I' 'll be peddling for sure. I would rather read than watch tv anyway. (I read when I work out). so either way, it's all good. though I May be at the high end of the calorie range, it's still acceptable. in other words...it's all good.
