The past few months have been pretty tough on my diet. Since Thanksgiving, I have found my self in the all too familiar place. (ie: eating when I am not hungry or seeing that leftover Christmas/New Year's food and making it disappear).
Fortunately, I am seemed to correct my path little by little. Even with the extra pounds that found me again, I am still not as heavy as I was last year at this time. I am not willing to run my weekly 10 K, due to temps hovering around freezing, but I am finding some new ways to get the workout in.
I am sure that I can eventually get to my goal, but I just hope that Snickers bar doesn't find me.
