I gained 4 lousy lbs ugh and I can feel it too. In my midsection.
I know what I did wrong, drank my calories without tracking (hot cocoa), didnt drink enough water got in 500 fitness minutes once my leg healed up from my torn muscles and I am jumping rope for 10 minutes each day eating foods with dairy again,
Gotta get away from the dairy and go back to eating low carb with plenty of fruits and veggies.
I know my mistake and i know how to fix it so I will.
I am going to bundle my baby up and walk to my daughters school in less than an hr. Gotta keep moving forward

dinner is going to be butternut squash cubes with quinoa.
