My new tracking calendar.

First, I would like to let everyone know that my cold is finally going away. I was able to run a bit over 6 miles last evening, stopping only twice to cough. And it was not a doubled over hacking cough.
I get a lot of calendars every year from various charities I either contribute to, or once may have contributed to. Most of them are thrown away. This year, in line with my resolutions, I am keeping my Nature Conservancy in my office and marking dates with the following letters: A, C, M and S. Some of these may be easy to guess but here is the code:
A is for alcohol-free days. At least 1 per week.
C is for Chinese Buffet trips. I would like to go once a week for lunch but that will keep my weight too high. I am surprised (slightly) that there is no Emoticon for the Chinese flag or any Chinese food symbol, perhaps chopsticks. This tea is not even in the proper cup.
M is for muffins and since Spark says a muffin is a cupcake with its hat removed, this will do. I resolved to eat fewer muffins in 2013. 3 a week would be fewer but I'm shooting for maybe 1 a week.
S is for Strength training. Twice a week. So far, so good.
