It felt so good to get on the Tread Mill!!
and I did 20 minutes on the bike.
I can't believe how slow I was going but I don't want to
push to hard and get tired especially after being sick.
I can't wait to do some yoga again, it's been so long and
my body is so out of shape and not limber. It's exciting
to be at a place where I want to return to being super limber
and healthy again :) YIPEE!
