I've been back on Sparkpeople for a week now. Still tweaking the eating plan and trying to get my life back in line. However, I can FEEL the changes starting within me: my mood is better, I am sleeping (a little) better, and I feel hopeful that I can do this!
Still not sure what to do about the exercise, since walking/running are out of my range right now.
