Tonight is the initial weigh-in for the The Biggest Loser contest at my gym. I'm gonna be honest, I will be indulging in an ice cream treat before I go in.
The next 8 weeks, I'm going to see if I can eat what I consider "completely clean" and see what happens. I've always "cheated" on occassion with treats such as regular pizza, a candy bar, etc. which I think is necessary for me to be successful long-term, but I think this will be an interesting experiment.
I hope to post before-contest pics tomorrow and then after 4 weeks, then at the end. I really expect to see big changes. May the best contestant win! I plan on it being me!!
