Okay so, I got the workout videos fever! I follow many people's blogs who are doing them and now I want to try too. I'm starting with "Slim in 6", 6 days per week for 6 weeks. I watched the videos to have an idea of what's awaiting me and I AM NOT SCARED! It seems easy enough.. though the last phase is one hour, so, calories will be burned! :) Since it's pretty low impact with not much space or accessories needed for the first step, I'll start tonight! I'll get some resistance bands and small weights next week.
