Slim in 6

Okay so, I got the workout videos fever! I follow many people's blogs who are doing them and now I want to try too. I'm starting with "Slim in 6", 6 days per week for 6 weeks. I watched the videos to have an idea of what's awaiting me and I AM NOT SCARED! It seems easy enough.. though the last phase is one hour, so, calories will be burned! :) Since it's pretty low impact with not much space or accessories needed for the first step, I'll start tonight! I'll get some resistance bands and small weights next week.

    Absolutely most definitely will kick your butt, unless you are alredy fit. Maybe I'm out of shape, but I was soooo sore the next day and I always sweat with Slim in 6. Good luck. I hope you're enjoying it.

    It's really fun to do video workouts that we can get free on YouTube :D In fact, I first learned about SP from YouTube when I searched for jump rope workout!

Have fun doing the videos and make a plan and backups as it's good to be well prepared :D
