Everyday when I get on the scale (yes, I know this is bad but it's how I keep myself in check) I say to myself that today I'll make good choices. Obviously it's easier when the scale has a lower number than the previous day but I feel like my resolution for change is stronger when its not. Today when I got on the scale and noticed the number hasn't budged, I told myself it was going to be a good day and promptly went to yoga.
Each day can be different if you allow it to be and you keep positive about your goals and each day is a time to start again if you've slipped up.
