Ok- 1st Day, I got back on Spark People & tracked my food, did & tracked my exercises & made plans. This 2nd day back, I did the same thing, only read more articles pertaining to me & my conditions. I checked through the nutrition info on foods I added to my tracker & found that a lot of the nutritional info added by others did not match the same package I was reading, so decided to just enter my own so things would be correct. Still wondering why anyone would enter improper information - is it so others will mess up their diets? I hope no one here does that. Anyway I am hoping everyone sharing their nutritional info will be very careful in the future when entering it into the system. I also added a recipe, complete with a photo, of my homemade chili. I just wish I would have had ground turkey to use in it instead of ground beef. However, I did include the tip that it could be substituted for an even healthier meal & that you can purchase a mix of frozen chopped onions & peppers to use in it instead of taking the time to chop your own. Well, I've got to go now - my hubby needs me to make him a chart to track the progress of a project he is working on for the local PSD. Take care.
