Mornings have always been difficult for me to get up. I set my alarm earlier than the time I need to get up so I can make it on time to work. Now that I have set a goal of getting up earlier in the mornings to work out and get my metabolism going, it's been difficult for me to do so. I just need to keep being persistent and determined in getting up and I know that my body will eventually respond.
Although my goal for getting up in the mornings to work out has not been reached yet, I still am working out in the evenings as usual, getting my 5 miles in on the treadmill and I also went on-line to help find incentives on how to train myself to get up in the mornings.
Suggestions are welcome if anybody has anything that they think might help. Thanks!:)
