I got a little carried away today.

I meant to do a work out this morning, but, I couldn't pull myself out of bed. I was going to walk my son to school and ride my bike to work but I got carried away reorganizing the furniture in my room.

It is a good thing and it was 35 fitness minutes of "heavy cleaning". I really needed to be done. Now I can work out in my bedroom. I made enough space for that, now I just need to roll out of bed...literally LOL.

I hope this works. I'm the kind of person that needs to get my workout in in hte mornings or it just doesn't get done. Life swoops in and sucks up the rest of my day.

Here is to rolling out of bed tomorrow!

    ZOEANAEL I don't eat first. I warm up with one of the quick 10 minute videos and then go for a walk/jog/run. Besides your doing something right you lost 50 pounds!!!!! LOL

    I like am work out also, well lol strength training, cardio I just can't stand anytime! Lol. Doesn't matter how you did it as long as you did something

    I can you workout in the morning? Do you do it right off of bed? Do you eat first?
    I need to leave home at 6h15 and so I would need to wake up at like 5 to do it... I admire people who workout in the AM a lot!!!
