I have tracked my food for 7 full days now - the calorie graph is up and down, looks wild. BUT, when I averaged all 7 days, I am within my range, and slightly in the lower half! That is a great accomplishment for me!
Do you find that knowing you have to post it to your tracker sometimes keeps you from eating something? I have found that. Happily, I might add. Of course I could eat it and not track it, but I think I do enough lying to myself on a regular basis, no point in telling deliberate lies!
You know those lies - ranging from "I look HORRIBLE today" (no you don't) to "this dress doesn't look THAT bad" (yes it does) to "I'll only have a taste" (HA!)
I find that I am working harder at the gym this week than I had been for a while. And that is a good feeling. No, not so much while I'm doing it, but when I am done, I feel like I have truly accomplished something!
I only have to do 5 days of cardio in the the January Jumpstart challenge. I have planned for tomorrow to be an off day, but right now I am feeling like I want to do it. Of course, I could take Saturday off instead, but I kind of like the idea of not taking my 2 days off in a row. It seems like 2 in a row will make me lazier... Or break my concentration... or SOMETHING...
Today's video was thighs... Yikes! I thought I had fairly strong thighs. But this workout was a KILLER! I think I will try to do some of these videos on an on-going basis, because they sure do challenge me.
