Today was the day I finally decided to use my scales. I weighted in at 170.6 this morning. I have gained about 18 pounds back from that weight loss of a year and a half ago. It is time to make changes for my health and well being in general. I started to track my water and food intake starting today. So far I am doing great. I have eaten an orange and drank buttermilk unsweetened yogurt for breakfast and ate my veggies with a yogurt dip and a few slices of turkey lunch meat for lunch . And drank my unsweetened hot tea with it. I took my vitamins and omega. I am drinking my water. This week I decided I am working on getting back into gear with watching my food intake and tracking it of course. Maybe next week I will get into regular exercising routine. I hope. I am off to a great start and feeling good about it.
