RIPT starts again YAY

Tonight will be the first night of RIPT. So excited, 10 weeks of hard work to get my in gear for summer. I'm a little nervous because I didn't get to the gym (or workout) at all during the holiday months and I know I'm going to be a little out of shape. But that's life I suppose.

I had my weigh in last night. And I'm proud to say that even though I didn't get to the gym I lost 3 lbs and 1/4 inch from my waist. WooHoo. So now that I'm going to be exercising regularly again, I'm eating better again (more water, less soda, more fruits and veggies etc) there is nothing to keep me from my goal except me.

My favorite saying right now is from Star Wars "Do or do not. There is no try." Yoda is so wise emoticon
