Up until early 2012, I would get my "workout" at work. I would walk in place (when everyone else was gone), squats and calf raises while waiting for a fax to complete, or walk up and down the stairs (8 risers). It got me moving and sometimes even woke me up in the mid afternoon.
I stopped this "workout" mid 2012 when I started serious workouts with Leslie Sansone videos at home.
Today, my computer was loading up quite slowly. I decided to walk up and down the stairs while waiting.
I completed 4 more reps today than when I would do this regularly. AND, get this, I was not so winded I could not answer the phone!
