I have to do some laundry. emoticon I don't have any clean workout socks. I can't workout without them. So, its a emoticon yoga day. I will do Shiva Rea's Yoga for Beginners. Every time I hear the sound track, I am transported to the South Pacific emoticon . Even when its cloudy emoticon and gray, I feel like its emoticon summer.

I did enjoy yesterday's hike. emoticon It was so nice emoticon outside. I did Cathe's Stretch Max emoticon with resistance band.

I did a meditation emoticon before bed last night. I focused on weight loss, especially 'eating only when I'm hungry.' I haven't noticed a change in how I feel yet, I will do that meditation again today. Sometimes, it takes a few sessions before it alters my behavior.

I got some clothing from 'Woman Within' and 'Roaman's yesterday. Much of it was too large, and some of it needs to be altered. I have large upper arms, so I have to buy a larger size to fit them, and then I get a couple of darts to fit my torso. I was frustrated emoticon because the larger blouses did not fit, they were too large, and I just bought a top from them which was the size smaller, and it was way too tight. So, back they go.

I always have to try clothes on.

I love the South Pacific so a workout tape that takes you there would be great to me.

Nice job not letting the lack of socks stop you! I definitely go thru at least twice as many socks when I'm exercising regularly.
