Yesterday & today

I had a day of tests yesterday, so I got NOTHING done on Spark. All the tests were routine, and mostly all pregnancy related, but it was a very long day and by the time I got home i was EXHAUSTED. I went to bed at 7 and I didn't get up except for a about an hour or 2 around 11 till about 10am. LOL

I just logged all the walking I did yesterday, and what I ate. I'm a bit sad that I lost my streak, but my computer was acting up when I first got home, and I was too tired to fix it. My hubby very kindly did it for me while I slept so we're up and running today :)

Yesterday's calorie count was a bit low, cause I was a little restricted on what I could eat for the gestational diabetes test, and then I fell asleep so fast last night.

Today's are looking pretty good, and I'm planning on heading for Pizza with mom tonight :) Mom likes veggie pizza, and usually I'm not a fan, but I might let her have her way and see what I think. :) I'm just not a fan of black olives. We shall see. I usually like spinach on my pizza; not sure if mom likes that or not. I'll order iced tea I think to drink, so I get some flavor without tons of the calories.

I had my soy in my smoothie this morning, so my Chai was my 2nd Soy for the day, which is good. that means I won't end up with 2 Starbucks drinks.

I've done a little Strength training so far, and some dancing. I'm gonna aim for some walking (maybe on the way home?) and yoga still today. :) I'm feeling really good today, so let's hope this keeps up! :) emoticon

Oh, and a weight update - I'm up to 218 from the last dr appt. That's +2 lbs from the last weigh in.

    the month we both just finished (the 5th) has always been my biggest gain! The baby grows alot and I usually indulge with lots of u nnecessary treats. Hope your glucose test comes out negative. I waive mine for the past 2 pregnancies...so much sugar they give you it makes me want to puke. And I've been really watching my carb intake so I'm not worried. I'm very proud of you for getting in whatever exercise you can. It will make a difference in delivery and recovery: I PROMISE!!! and it is SO HEALTHY for you and baby boy~~~
    Rest up and take care of yourself. I got to my dr app't MOnday and he was walking out the door!!! I said, "Doc, you're going the wrong way!!" He had a huge smile and said, "i've got a baby to deliver!" He was so happy!!! I had to reschedule til next week which is fine with me! I try to stretch out my visits as much as possible. (can you tell I've had a few babies AND I'm not super keen on dr. intervention in pregnanies??) LOL!!!!!!
