No Dinner Diet Update

I am trying focus on getting this weight off in 5 pound increments. This way I won't get so discouraged by looking at how far I have to go. I'm hoping this strategy will help me stay focused and committed!

I have not had dinner for two nights. I know I shouldn't weigh myself every day, but I do. The first day I lost a pound and the second day I maintained. I'm not going to give up. I want to try this for at least a week to really tell if it's going to work for me or not. I didn't get fat in a day, so I shouldn't give up on a diet in a day. I am also low carbing with this. This morning I had scrambled egg whites w/spinach and cheese and for lunch I had a big chopped chicken salad. Before 4pm, I'll have a low carb protein shake and hopefully I will show some loss for tomorrow.
