I need some accountability to get me back on track, since I opened up the binge-floodgates this past weekend by eating out-of-control. I'm thinking about doing a food diary for the next 4 days- posting a blog about everything I ate. I'll post everything I eat (starting tomorrow morning and ending Sunday evening) in a blog on Sunday night.
Here's my dinner from last night. It's cod with honey mustard and lemon, sweet potato and carrots, Brussel sprouts, and broccoli (290 calories, 35 carbs, 2 gms fat, 33 gms protein)
