I just did a 10-minute arm exercise video that I found on Pinterest and my arms BURN!!! THIS IS SO FANTASTIC!! I think I'll become addicted to working out. Is this a good thing? Its a pity though that I don't know how many calories it burns, but hey, the minutes count. Even if I can't keep track of the calories from some of these workouts on the tracker, I know that my body will still feel it.

The tricep push ups were what killed me the most. Holy cow, those were terrible. XD
