My fiance works at Tufts University and sent me an an interesting article on work being done at Tufts related to weight loss at work:

While I'm glad to see that there's some attention to the special challenges of losing weight in the workplace, I was rather surprised that there seemed to be very little discussion about the relationship of work and exercise. I would think that one of the basic reasons that people gain weight at work is that they are simply just not very active! Perhaps the pilot study did cover this aspect to weight loss and maintenance and the article just didn't mention it.
What do you think, would a program specific to dealing with weight loss in the workplace be helpful for you?
