A new year, a new poo!

so i got a new phone.. with front camera... an im wondering if i can use it to record a video blog on spark... for some reason i dont think so.. like it wont do real time recording.. and i have to record and save.. then upload... yeah.

well anyways.
im still doing the half marathon and it this weekend!!!
the max i have done so far is 15K... thats about.. 9.33 miles i think..
a lot of walking... ast month.
and (after i looked on google) a half marathon is 21.0975 kilometres (13.1094 mi)!!
so im not too far..
and my training for this has subsided...
but! i do have hope..
steriods!!
hah jk.
i dont think it will be too bad... i just hope to finish it in under 3hours....
lets pray death doesn't become me.

on a regular basis i do use my stairs at work instead of the elevator to go up.. so that keeps me active...

im trying a salad sprint now.. like try to eat a lot of salad in my meals.. i mean i still eat regularly the normal type of food.. but now trying to make more salads and order more salads at restaurants..
i do enjoy myself a steak salad!

2 weeks from now is my cruise time!
so no eating healthy there...
