Iím a Steaming.

Wednesday, January 09, 2013

Even though this is not about weight control I decided to blog about it any way... If you're ever looking for a multi household tool look no further than a good fabric steamer... I wonít use names but my brand is named after the toothy fish. I have the big one that has a rod so you can hang your shirts and stuff while you steam and as far as a job it doesnít press them, but you will find no wrinkles either. It not only takes the wrinkles out but it refreshes a lot of clothes that would have to be taken to the cleaners so I get a few more wear days before they have to be cleaned. Besides taking care of my clothes however you should see it on my fabric blinds, a little steam wipe and wal-la good and clean, even the bug spit that always bothers me comes right off. Counter tops and tile floors come cleaner and sanitized like new. Living on a farm you never know what was on your shoes... I Used it to help remove old wallpaper and I couldnít have done without it or in near the time. It was several layers of paper to take off so it really helped to get the job done with a lot less scraping, just steam and peel. My latest use is for new puppy oops, which we all know if you donít get up the spots, they are marked for another time and the steam not only removes the potty ring but the smell. Now if I can only figure out how it can melt off my fat. Then I can really claim itís some machine. emoticon

    Funny about the fat melting!

You are right though, using hot steam to clean floors is just as good, if not better than bleaching them. We used a floor steamer in the cat room where I volunteered and it was much better on the cats' lungs.

Sounds like a great machine even without the fat removal.
