I will be doing the Sweethearts Race in Bountiful (www.sweethearts5k.com) for my next race. I did this one last year and it was super fun!!
This is about a month away, but I am excited about it.
I also have my Layton City Physical Training test this weekend and I am not sure I am fully prepared for it. I am not sure I can bench the weight that I need to, which is about 90 pounds. Lately I have only been able to do about 80 pounds. This is frustrating. I will do my best though.
I plan on going to the gym tonight to get some running it. I want to run 4.5 miles, which is my goal. I want to run this distance twice a week for three weeks. Then I will bump up the distance to 5.0 miles for three weeks. I am hoping to increase the distance slowly to prepare my self for the Half I am doing in May.
I am going to meet my goals!!!
