SO maybe i am an emotional eater...
I started off January 1st weighing somewhere around 274+lbs...lets just say i ate my way through the last few days being home in Chicago...i just miss my ethnic foods! I started a personal BL challenge with 13 friends and i started that on January 6th at 272.6lbs. This morning i'm at 269.4lbs.
Here's the thing. I could have lost more weight. I mean i'm working out like crazy...but we all know if you eat like crap you just won't lose. I burn about 500-900 calories a day...yes! a day. BUT i've been eating between 2500-3100 calories. Why? Because i'm stressed!
Before i went home in December my boss tells me he's accepted a new position in Los Angeles. Great for him...a very great move on his part. BUT they aren't sure if they are replacing him or eliminating the position. WHICH means i don't know if after January i will have a job or not. I get great feedback that i have nothing to worry about, but until its all final i'm worried...so i snack...but i am tracking my food and being careful not to go too crazy!
I haven't updated my resume in over 6yrs...boy have things changed!
Anyways, here's how i'm doing fitness wise:
January 2013 Goals:
1 - drop 5-10lbs
2 - stay within calorie range
3 - drink 64oz of water every day
4 - no soda
5 - 100 walking/running miles ...completed 20.21
6 - 100 bike miles ...completed 14.68
7 - 2500 crunches ...completed 630
8 - go to the gym 3x a week
9 - 1500 squats ...completed 560
10 - limit eating out to 1x per week
My goal tonight is to complete:
4 walking miles
14 bike miles
overall 2013 goal: to end the year under 200lbs...make it to onederland!
