1st Down!

Well I have made it through my 1st week of watching what I am eating, Drinking and adding in some excersise..
So far this week I have lost 4lbs... 4lbs!!! which is just awesome! I was bummed on Sunday morning after I weighed and I had actually gained alittle from the day before, not a whole lot though. Then I thought about it, I was still over the goal I had set to lose for the week.. My goal was is to lose 1lb a week, I ended up losing 4!
I am very pleased with myself this time around the weight loss track. I am feeling good about this. I know I can do want I am trying to do, and the main thing is I really want to this time. This is not just another attempt, I am setting myself up to change my life!
