Exercise does make a difference!

So far this week I have been having a great time. I have pushed myself in the exercise department and it has paid off. I have lost 3 pounds!!! I have been eating more fruits and vegetables. I am a little worried about how I am going to have money for food this month but I am taking it one day at a time. I think I am going to make a big batch of soup this evening or tommorrow. and divide it up so I can have soup everyday if I need to. The most important lesson that I am discovering is how to be thankful for everything that I have. To not focus on food all the time is getting easier. And I am trying to only eat when I am hungry.
