haven't been blogging like i should... i figured i'd step in and check in.
i've been eating well.. probably less than i should.. but i haven't noticed any issues with weight loss when i eat less than i should.. so i'm not too worried. i AM feeling a little weak today so i may eat towards the top of my range if not a little more. i hadn't realized i'd eaten so little every day this week.
i worked out yesterday... i finally a yoga video i like. ''yoga for runners'' haha. yes, i'm still in the workout video phase... still testing the waters before i join in on classes in february-march. i don't want to be totally clueless. and it's working so far (lost 34lbs since november 4th.)
also found a kickboxing video that feels like actual work. it's the ladies that do the fat burning workout on the sparkpeople video section... Acadia.. that's what pops up on screen before they come on. i really like her! she's fits my fitness level right now.. not too easy/annoying as kendra kimerly or whatever her name is.. and not as hardcore as jill coleman (shiver) i'm gonna have to do some more research on this lady! her name is violet saki i think.
i attempted a pretty hardcore workout today.. and i don't know what was up but i just wore myself out in the first 10 minutes... i think my body needs a rest... not entirely sure why though.. but i'm listening.
