Starting over again on this weight loss journey. 2012 was both good and bad. In the spring of 2012 I was at 170. By the end of 2012 I was at 210--the first time in my life I have ever seen the 190s, let alone the 200s. I began full-time nursing school and certainly that contributed to lack of exercise, lack of meal-planning and lots of stress-eating.
2013 will be different. Have begun Power 90 and have completed 3 days of exercise. Tracking food. Got food scale. Measuring everything. Have made lots of good food choices since the New Year. Determined to succeed.
