I wanted to wait before posting a blog to make sure that I was going to be diligent and stick with this new lifestyle. I've quit several times before and each "I'm back!" post that I make feels...less genuine.
It's been a week since I changed my eating habits and exercising. I've lost about 10 pounds, some of which is water weight, and I feel very, very good.
My motivation this time is a little different than the last time. Now that I have a great boyfriend, I've discovered that some um...positions are a little more difficult than others. So, I'd like to lose weight to improve my sex life! ;)
My other bit of motivation is having a baby :) I never thought the time would come when I would start thinking seriously about having a little one but it has arrived and I get giddy just thinking about it. I'm only 22 but if I start losing weight now by the time my man and I are ready to start trying I'll be at a healthy weight for baby-making.
Hopefully this will be the last "I'm back from falling off the wagon!" posts.
