Well I finally have pushed through to finish week 2. I can definately keep up with the workout now, without having to rest a lot, so that is a good thing. I'm also no longer barely walking after a work out either. The stretching in the videos really helps for that.
Now for my results: I am now down to 130 pounds down from 138. That is from working out and cutting out the junk out of my diet. Eating healthy choices no soda and lots of water or plain tea. And I've noticed I haven't had any headaches since I've changed my eating ways either. That has been a hard change, but I've resisted temptation and instead eat a piece of fruit for a snack or a few plain cheerios.
My new measurements are:
Hips: 34 1/2
upper arm: 11
So I have definately lost inches off my hips, thighs, and waist. My pants are also fitting like they used too, not too tight anymore
