Follow Up on My H.E.A.

Wednesday, January 09, 2013

Still feeling pretty ill today and my voice is pretty exhausted. I had to e-mail my contact for the choir audition because there was just no way I’d be able to get through two classical pieces and not do serious damage to my voice. On my way home from rehearsal last night, I went over a few parts of the most difficult song I have and it hurt. NOT GOOD.

Did I mention that is NOT GOOD?

I’m not going to panic because I know what the issue is and I work every day to get better by taking my medication and continuing with my healthy lifestyle.
Back in my maintenance range and I brought my H.E.A. so I feel confident about my weigh in this Saturday.

I’m still going to go out for the other musical (and go out for the lead!) because I know I’ll be able to get through 24 bars of music rather than 100. Still haven’t heard anything regarding the other show I went out for but that’s the nature of this business.

All in all I’m doing well and am determined to succeed!
